Problem with MacBook Pro Mid 2010 Screen

Hi!


Although I know that the screen is damaged, I would like to know the cause of the damage as the screen was already damaged unknowingly when I turned on my macbook 2 days ago.


EDIT: In fact there are more black marks now that are not shown in the picture down below.

A new Mac purchased directly from Apple (and not from a Reseller) may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of receipt.


If there is a defect, move quickly to get your Mac inspected and fixed under warranty.


If there is damage to the anti-reflective coating, that is handled on a case-by-case basis. Some relief MAY be available, but it depends on many factors. You must present your Mac for inspection to discuss your options.
