Apple Health not syncing with apps

Since upgrading to iPhone XS the apps I had synced to Apple Health will not anymore. They show up in Health as synced already, but the data cannot be exported or synced to Apple Health. No issues on iOS 12 with my iPhone 7 that I remember.

Specific apps: Fitbod, and Hole 19

How to change health app BP source from inactive to active? Have been using OMRON Connect with my BP device for years and never have had a problem in syncing the info on the OMRON Connect app to Apple Health app. Since upgrade to ios16 it has stopped syncing data to Health app when I look at data sources for the BP data the app shows up on list but says its "inactive". Have tried a variety of ways (uninstalling/reinstalling OMRON App, hitting edit on the app list, resetting all iPhone settings) but can't find a way to make it active. Is this a know bug or am I missing some setting? Thanks in advance for any assistance

Where is the Apple Health App? Hi, I have an iPhone 8 and I need the Apple Health App to merge my devices all together. I have searched the App Store on my iPhone 8 and could not find it anywhere. Can anyone give me assistance in locating and installing the app, would be much appreciated. Cheers. Ron
