iTunes doesn't recognize Photos library

Hello,

The Photos app is not an option on the sync page in iTunes?

I tried closing iTunes and Photos, rebooting, changing Photo Libraries on Photos but it still doesn't appear.

And also, it's not possible to select it from the " Choose Folder " since it's greyed out:
