Annoying Facebook log-in alert

I keep getting these annoying Alerts that says

"Facebook Password Required

Enter your Password for (My Username) in Internet Accounts"

Every time I click cancel, the alert comes back within 5-10 seconds (so annoying.) Its an aggressive alert too.

If I click "continue" it takes me to another screen called "internet accounts @" where I am promoted to put in my password. I put my password in and nothing ever happens? Can anyone help? AM I just STUPID LOL>?

Try deleting the password from Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access or delete the Facebook account from System Preferences/Internet Accounts, quit System Preferences, then reopen, and reenter the account.
