All Internet Accounts disappeared after Mail index error

Hi,

This morning after opening my MacBook Pro (Late 2013, with a 500GB Solid State Disk, macOS 10.13.16 High Sierra) the following mail error appeared:

"Your Mail index has been damaged. To repair it, quit Mail".

First attempt:

  1. Quit Mail
  2. Open Mail
  3. Same error appears

Second attempt:

  1. Quit Mail and any other application
  2. Restart, wait a couple of minutes,
  3. Open Mail
  4. Same error appears
  5. All information inside Contacts, Notes, Reminders, Calendar is gone! (just inside this Mac, the information still on iCloud and iPhone).
  6. All Internet Accounts inside MacOs Preferences disappeared! (I had 5 accounts, including google accounts, iCloud, and ISP mail).

Third attempt (after reading other answers in the forum like https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8037522 and https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6609156):

  1. Quit Mail and any other application
  2. (I can see that all my accounts and mail messages still inside ~/Library/Mail/V5/)User uploaded file
  3. Delete "Envelope*" files inside ~/Library/Mail/V5/MailData/
  4. Delete "com.apple.systempreferences.plist" file inside ~/Library/Preferences/
  5. Restart, wait a couple of minutes
  6. Open Mail. Now Mail opens (damaged index files inside Enveloped were deleted), but no account is configured:

Internet Accounts (macOS Preferences) still empty (same image of 2nd attempt).

I started to dig into log files and it looks like my disk got full exactly during the "wake up" process. Inside /private/var/log/daily.out file is:

Cleaning out old system announcements:

... the point is that there was some disk space before "sleeping" the Mac and now I have 25GB of free space but It looks like exactly running out of space damaged the Accounts+Mail files...

I had activated "Optimize Storage" months ago, without problems

Any other idea to solve the problem, besides deleting all mail folders, configuring again all my accounts and download all mails from IMAP servers?

Thanks!
