I turned off AMBER Alerts and Emergency Alerts in my iPhone settings earlier today. Nevertheless, I still received the "Presidential Alert" at 2:18 PM EDT. How do I turn this off?

Presidential Alerts are mandatory and cannot be turned off. AMBER and Emergency Alerts can be turned off, though.
You can’t. It was a one time test for FEMA that was announced on the news. It was only a test.
Thanks for letting me know that "Presidential Alerts" is a new, mandatory category that is separate and distinct from "Emergency Alerts."
Thanks. I was aware that it was coming, which is why I disabled it in Settings ahead of time.
