Garageband Automatically Looping Midi Recording

Please Help! Whenever I record a software instrument track using my Midi keyboard, the track automatically loops indefinitely when I finish recording, and I don't know how to stop this.

Garageband automatically looping upon midi input Please.... help! I'm using Garageband 10.3.5 on a Macbook Pro. When I input a midi track - say, a synth or drums playing in by hand, the track loops indefinitely and I have to control click on the bit to stop it looping. Why is this suddenly happening? I've searched and googled to find a way to turn off this automatic looping feature, to no avail. Glitch: Record midi on 1 track, but another track will record the same midi info. Hello friends, please help if you can! I met a weird glitch today and it happened before. Whenever I record a midi track on ONE track, another random track will record the same midi info on that track. See the video down below. I’ve checked the I/O, the routings (both in Logic and in Kontakt), and the red record enable button. But I can’t find anything wrong. And this already happened before, which was very annoying. Problem with Garageband Hi everyone, I tried to record some keyboard track with the standard software piano, and whatever keyboard I use (Midi, screen or typing keyboard) GB triggers each note that I'm holding down continuously. All other programs work fine. Can someone help me?

male sure the Cycle Region button is turned off:

Thanks - tried that, but still automatically looping after stopping record.
