BUT but I have Sprint...

So I have Sprint (which has no sim right?) and just recently started getting this No SIM status.

Multiple restarts temporarily fix but inevitably returns.

Tho while on WiFi phone does have full function even when this status is active.

Seemed to come out of nowhere but is persistent.

I did attempt a direct to laptop update, sync, backup a day or two prior which did not complete.

Related??


model A1586 i6. iOS 11.4.1. 58/64 GB used.

PS Did also de authorize all computers as I was fresh installing Win10 all around. Failed backup was on a newly purchased PC

Sprint does use a SIM for LTE service. Remove the SIM and re-insert it. If that doesn't work, get a replacement SIM from Sprint. If that doesn't fix it, then either make an appointment at the genius bar or call AppleCare and arrange for mail in service.
