HDCP Error for iTunes Purchases

Trying to play iTunes purchased movies on my MacBook Pro 13inch screen and im getting a black video box and HDCP errors claiming my display isn't HDCP compliant.


Doesn't work on my laptop display, or when the laptop is connected to external displays.


I've reset SMC, and PRAM with no luck.

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, 4 TBT3), macOS High Sierra (10.13.4), i7,16GB, Dual LG 27UD88 4K Displays
