Ricoh Job log, User ID or User Code not saving

Hi community

Has anyone had any experience with Ricoh printers not saving the User ID or Job Log?

I save it over and over as a preset and it doesn't save, comes up blank each time I open a new print dialogue page.

Latest drivers installed and latest Mac OS installed as of October 2018

Printer: C4503

Ricoh was so useless I put in a ticket, and they came out to test the printer then left before I even got to the office.

Job Log missing from Print screen in Apple apps I have found a discrepancy between Apple apps and non-Apple apps in regard to sending jobs to our Ricoh MP C8002 PS office printer. All of the print-capable non-Apple apps I have installed on my Late 2012 iMac running macOS Mojave 10.14.1, whether they are the current version or not, have a Job Log option listed above Printer Features in the Print dialogue box. None of the print-capable Apple apps have this option. Unauthorized Copy Prevention is also missing from the same menu in all Apple apps. See the below screenshots for reference.One of the Job Log functions is Document Server, which allows us to send files to the printer to be stored for future printing. This feature offers much better quality than scanning printed documents - which makes it an invaluable and necessary resource.I installed the latest printer driver from Ricoh, just released last month for macOS Mojave. But there is no change from the situation described above.Why would this function disappear from the Print screen in Apple apps only? I would hate to think I can only rely on non-Apple software for this important function. So, the better question is: How do I fix it?

Print dialogue inconsistency Greetings!So in a very aggravating situation I'm trying to enable "User Codes" on our company Ricoh MFP. While SOME applications (Word, Outlook, EVEN Chrome) are able to access the "Job Log" section in the print dialog, all Apple native applications can NOT.You'll see that in M$ Word, the dialog "Job Log" displays as desired, however in TextEdit (and Mail, and Safari, and Pages...) there is NO "Job Log" option.I've reinstalled the Ricoh driver. I've 'reset the printing system', and I've gone into the CUPS web interface and manually tried multiple varieties of the Ricoh driver, all to the same result.Anything aside from "Hmm, driver issue" would be MUCH appreciated as it obviously has something to do with the OS since all the Office applications and Chrome (at least these non-Mac) applications work just fine. There is evidently something causing a different print dialog to launch with certain apps (the dialogue even opens in a different color while in "Dark mode") and I'm at an impasse with this issue.Thank you!!

Printing No Longer Works I have a 2018 mac mini. I just upgraded to Ventura. My 2 printers I had, have no disappeared. A Dymo 450 turbo, connected via USB, and a Lexmark MB2236adw that was connected over wifi. I try to add them again in the control panel under Printers & Scanners, but when I attempt to add printers, the add printers dialog crashes. I am not really sure what to do at this point. Any help would be appreciated.
