I can’t download any apps?

I added my card into my phone and bought a lot of stuff. Now I can’t download anything because it says to update my billing information. When I go to my purchase history there’s just this one thing I attempted to buy that says “pending - $10.91” . I have money on my card, I don’t know why it won’t go through.

You definitely need to pay off your debt, or Apple will continue to block you from downloading any apps, music, shows, etc. Try changing your payment method, or removing it and then setting it up again.
