Hello. I am having trouble with my mail preferences being blank. I have tried searching for a solution to no avail. I have attempted to follow the information provided for the same problem under High Sierra version, but I don't see the folders suggested in the forums. Additionally, I am running the Mojave version. Does someone have a solution that could work in helping to fix this problem?

In Mojave 10.14 the folder will be V6 , you can use another method delete the mail account and once again configure see this articleAdd or remove email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
I therefore suggest the "etrecheck" step mentioned in the referenced thread.
Thank you. I have already tried safe boot and reinstalling while talking to Apple Support. Needless to say, it didn't work either.
Unfortunately, that doesn't show anything useful.
