NHS mail (nhs.net) not working since Mojave upgrade

Since upgrading to Mojave my NHS.net account has stopped working from my mac. I have contacted NHSmail and they tell me that they don't support macs. I've tried Re: MS Exchange mail account no longer connects after installing El Capitan but the dialogue box does not change - any ideas?

how to add google gmail account to macbook pro mail app my mail app is stuck on the loading screen when I try to add a google account/gmail, but works when I add a microsoft account - anyone had this issue before?

Mail Client on Mac no longer works I have tried ALL of the above solutions (removed each email address and reinstalled, changed all passwords, shutdown and reopened the Mac, verified that WiFi is connected, etc.) to restore the use of my mail client on my Mac to no avail. Any Suggestions?
