I have problem at slow boot after update to mojave.
I've a iMac 27" 5k 2015 late.
I Installed Mojave to my external ssd is Samsung T5 500 GB, so slow boot mojave OS(boot time more than 4~5minutes)
Any solutions ?

There have been a few posts on this as you are far from the only person affected, including myself. Seems to be related APFS and external USB drives. I don't think anyone has found a solution for it really so far, had someone buy a thunderbolt enclosure instead and another suggestion of installing it internally. For now we are hoping Apple may do something about it for the next update.
for me the culprit was Little Snitch... uninstalled it and now the slow boots are gone.
