contacts saving in wrong group

Hi all,

I am facing this different issues , whenever I am adding new contacts to my phone they don't show up in whatsapp. On checking more I found that whatever contact I have in my i cloud are showing in whatsapp & rest of the contacts don't.

Now I have 2 questions -

1.) How I can ensure all my contacts are saved in i cloud contact only assuming this is the one which whatsapp refer to

2.) How do I move my contacts from other groups to the i cloud one.

Other accounts I am having are my official mail (outlook) where all new contacts are seems to be saved, personal hotmail & yahoo too.
