Anybody knows Tunesbro CleanGeeker?

Anybody knows Tunesbro CleanGeeker tool? I will use it to clean my Mac, any suggestion ?

Is there a non-malware program similar to CleanMyMac? MacPaw seems to be, at the very least, an unreliable organization. What is a viable and safer alternative to CleanMyMac? DiscUtility is not enough. I use a MacBook Pro running High Sierra.

Do I need Mac Clean Up utilities and which can be trusted? I keep getting adverts for clean up utilities which interfere with my writing reports, etc. Do I need such utility? They tell me I have threats and unnecessary files, etc. and they can improve the speed.

Any apps that clean my iMac I just wanted a quick question as to is there a good and safe cleaner out there to clean up my iMac for free? Or do I not need it. I used to have CC Cleaner and tried AVG Cleaner they seemed ok and helped out a little I just want to clean out hidden files that I no longer use. And is compatible with Mojave. Thank you all for your help once again.

The only junk that needs cleaning on your machine will be that waste of time software if you install it.

It's not needed and will get in your way.

I've using CleanGeeker for 5 days and it works fine! It can remove some app that won't delete, it helped me clean 2G junk files on my Macbook pro, there are so many features in it that i didn't use, I like it !
