FCPX not exporting audio files?

I have been working in FCPX 10.4.2 and everything has been fine until today. After editing a video when I export/share a video to a master file it produces a wonderful video with all my editing in place but no Audio????

Apple where is my Audio??

no audio when importing Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? the original file is an mp4 this is not the first time this has happened, im new to FCP and somehow every time i try to import a new video the audio in it is either cut short or gone. i've tried: exiting FCP then opening it again redownloading the original video crtl+opt turning "remove silent channel" off maybe these screenshots could help you get an idea?

Audio not Exporting What a day... More FCP troubles... I have finally completed editing my video and have tried 3 times to export it, but there is no audio. I have exported dozens of videos previously with no issues. Today I synchronized clips with a separate audio file, which is the first time I ever did that. Here is a screen shot of my timeline.

No Audio when importing Video When importing Video into FCP there is no Audio. Storage Location is in Library. Doesn't matter which fileformat or container. Happens with video from DJI, from Sony and Canon. .mov and .mp4 In Preview and QuickTime there is no issue with the sound at all - it plays. Imported in FCP - no waveforms and no sound-output. Usually solved by "Reveal in Finder" and "Drag&Drop" the clip again.

You may have inadvertently turned off the audio is the settings pane:

Make sure Video and Audio is selected.

Also check if all the Audio Roles are selected in the Timeline Index.
