unknown IP wanting access to rappord file on my computer after Mojave update?
Why Is this coming up and should I allow it, is it needed???

That IP Address is a locally assigned IP Address. It is not an Internet routable IP Address. Only you have access to your local network so it is impossible for us to tell you what device on your local network has that IP Address.

This same Ip come up when I am at work, At home or at a friends.
I had seen a thread some where saying that Other apple devices like an Apple TV that I do have do try and connect to this file. So I thought it was that until I get the same message where ever I am.
