Billing methods

I got a app off the play store. when I downloaded the app it gave me the option for a free trial for 3 day which o took. I then deleted the app within 10 min as it wasn’t what I thought it was and I had no use for it but now I can’t update any of my apps cause it’s trying to take money off my accout for a app I haven’t even used. Please help
