After updating to IOS 12.0.1 on my iPhone 7 Plus when in a phone call the speaker option does not work .It will highlight as not clickable also . I've searched all over for people having a similar issue but cannot find anything, this is extremely annoying and I need to have it resolved.

but they never say hardware failed b'coz of over software
Right, but this is certainly a software issue. As soon as MANY people updated to iOS 12 this occurred. There's no way this many people suddenly have hardware issues.
