I got my iphone XS Max 3 days ago. The glass on the unit was already cracked. but because I received my delivery by mail, I do not get any warranty or repair! I wonder how Apple are able to solve this error that was already known on the X models?

Incorrect. A refund was refused The store manager said that since the phone was "damaged" he would not accept it. I had to pay for an exchange out of pocket.
Just got my iPhone XS, it’s always in a case & I’m super careful with it. Just noticed the camera glass is cracked & I’ve hardly even used the phone. What can be done?
I have this exact same issue. My Gold XS Max isn't even 12hrs old! I have AppleCare+ Theft etc so I'm on the phone now waiting to hear.
Same problem for me on a XS Max, 6 months later, I have a Defender OtterBox Case, and never crack any glass since the 3GS with the Defender OtterBox cases.

This is exactly the same as mine. Please see my pic above. Apple did not sort this out for me. This is the last time I spend money on Apple products.
Oh my god, I have the crack camera lens on my iPhone XR Max that just happened out of nowhere. Apple should be responsible for this defect!!
My lens is also cracked I’ve only just become aware since reading this post. Purchased February 2019.
Same issue here, I got a 1st generation iPhone XS Max. My camera glass has the crack and I've never dropped or damaged my phone.
That crack increases or remain same??

Mine has remained the same since I had it new in April.
Mine remained the same as well since it appeared.
