How to recover deleted app data?

Hello everyone, I have an iPhone 6s 128 GB and I would like to know if there's a way to recover deleted data from an app.

My niece had the Minecraft Pocket Edition installed on my iPhone, with about seven worlds created, some of them bought with real money. The problem is: the game was accidentally uninstalled, and after I downloaded the game again, everything had been lost. My niece did not have an Xbox Live account, so all the data was on the device.

Is there a way to recover the lost app data? When the iPhone does an automatic backup in iCloud, it saves all information and data from the device? If I restore the iPhone using an iCloud backup, can the app data come back?

My niece is very sad about what happened, and she wants to try to recover the lost Minecraft data.
