Where is CarPlay option on IPhone Xs

Car play ks not working, on IPhone Xs,

the option dosn exist in; Setting- general

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4

Have you checked in:

Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Contents Restrictions.... Carplay must be ON (green).

CarPlay not showing up in settings I can not find the CarPlay settings anywhere in my iPhone 11pro running iOS 16.0.2 I have checked the restrictions (there are none) and I even tried to see if I could add a restriction for CarPlay bit it is not even listed as a possible restriction. I have tried turning off the iPhone, I have checked that Siri is on, etc. (Just got a car with CarPlay...)
