itunes backup locations

Hello,

I just bought a new laptop, ill post the specs now.

my problem is I installed iTunes from the Microsoft store and I have a 126 GB iPhone 7 plus that I want to back up, I have 2 drives (C: for the SSD and D: for the HDD)I want to back up and add everything to my D: drive as well as adding the entire library there such as photos, videos etc ... I don't want to move my old library here I want a fresh start with backups and music added to the D: and not the system C: drive...

And any other help on how to install programs and such to the D: would be appreciated as I want the D: drive to have program files and program files (x86) so I could install them there.

I don't mind deleting iTunes or making a new library like I read it says I should hold the windows button and click on iTunes but I get stuck at that point and don't know what to do
