My Flash Drive is not appearing on my Desktop.
Try a different port or computer if you have access to one. It's possible it could be bad.

Well, you can try resetting the SMC. I have 5 macs running Mojave and they all mount flash drives.

Did you reset the SMC and/or test the flash drive in a Mac not running Mojave to see if it's still good?
BTW, does the flash drive appear in the Finder sidebar?
Hi, I reset the SMC and tried but it still did not show.
Then again I reset the SMC. But this time it showed up after I had inserted the flash drive in my MacBook Air (Yosemite OS) first !! Thx a ton
Thx, I have tried this suggestion before I upgraded the OS to Mojave from Sierra.
The flash drive opens in my MacBook Air with Yosemite OS. Then it subsequently opened when inserted in my Mac with Sierra OS.
After upgrading to Mojave OS it no more visible there. Seems to be an OS issue
