How do i prevent kids from deleting apps on my device?

How do I remove an app from a child's device which was previously allowed? I allowed my child to install various apps on her iPhone but have since reassessed the situation and wish to delete them. Can I stop apps being deleted? My daughter has an ipad (she's only 6) but keeps deleting everything. She has some additional needs so she can't always help it, I've told her not to but she forgets or doesn't realise they're gone. She then gets upset because I can't get them back or they take ages to download. She's deleted everything apart from basics on her ipad twice already today, so I really need to stop her deleting them. Is there a way to lock the apps to stop it? Thanks

Go to settings - screen time - content and privacy restrictions- iTunes and App Store purchases - deleting apps - don’t allow
