How do i prevent kids from deleting apps on my device?

I am using the iPhone 8 Plus and it's running under iOS 12

Go to settings - screen time - content and privacy restrictions- iTunes and App Store purchases - deleting apps - don’t allow

Can I stop apps being deleted? My daughter has an ipad (she's only 6) but keeps deleting everything. She has some additional needs so she can't always help it, I've told her not to but she forgets or doesn't realise they're gone. She then gets upset because I can't get them back or they take ages to download.
