Can you do a wildcard search for documents using the "Files" app?

On my Ipad Air2 I use the "Files" app when I need to retrieve files stored on either iCloud drive, Google Drive or OneDrive.

Can a wildcard be used when searching; similar to using the asterisk '*' when using Windows File Explorer?

Let's say I only want to retrieve 'jpg' files stored in iCloud drive. I selected the iCloud drive and entered '*.jpg' in the search bar, but nothing is retrieved.

Or, what if I need all documents with the word "Resume" in the filename? I tried *Resume* but that is unsuccessful.

Is a wildcard search possible here?

Please do not reference the "Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch" article because it does not explain this (which is why I posted the question).
