How do I avoid inline attachments in Mail for Mojave?

Using Apple Mail:

I need to turn off inline attachments to proof artwork thru my email. How do I do this so my clients do not receive an inline attachment?

iMac with Retina 5K display, macOS Mojave (10.14), Mail

Again, its pointless because:

The receiving mail client will determine how they are presented to the user, regardless of what you do on your end.

You cannot control how a recipient views your attachments. If I want to see all attachments I get in emails from other people as inline, you have no right to change that, nor any way to alter how I see attachments on my computer.

It's not nonsens. It's a fact. You may not like it, but that is the way it works and has always worked. The only thing you are doing on your end is changing the way you see the files you are attaching.

But go ahead, wait for a solution, that may never come.
