I need to turn off inline attachments to proof artwork thru my email. How do I do this so my clients do not receive an inline attachment?

It's pointless. The fact you don't see them as inline does not mean the recipient will not see them as inline if their own mail client displays them as such.
Attachments are the same regardless of how they are presented. The receiving mail client will determine how the are presented to the user, regardless of what you do on your end.
You have no control over inline attachments in Apple Mail, any more than you have any control over how the recipient's Mail client presents those attachments.

You cannot control how a recipient views your attachments. If I want to see all attachments I get in emails from other people as inline, you have no right to change that, nor any way to alter how I see attachments on my computer.
It's not nonsens. It's a fact. You may not like it, but that is the way it works and has always worked. The only thing you are doing on your end is changing the way you see the files you are attaching.
But go ahead, wait for a solution, that may never come.
Pointless is not an answer. I have had to find a resolve to this problem for the past OSs released, after Apple stopped allowing non-inline attachments. I've done this long enough to know it is possible. The fix might not be written yet, but will be. And I would rather be notified about a fix, not nonsense.
Do you know of any plug-ins to stop the inline that work for Mojave? I had purchased CG anti-inline to stop this on High Sierra but it has not been updated for Mojave yet.

Compress (.zip) the file before attaching to the email. That will work as long as the recipient's email client doesn't unzip the file first.
