Not really. It's one of the cleanest installations I've seen here in a very long time.


I'm not familiar with either of these two Internet plug-ins:

  • thinkorswim
  • tossc

Best guess is they have something to do with TD Ameritrade. As long as you recognize them, you're probably OK, but I do see other complaints here in the forum of slowness associated with tossc.


All the other indicators are that you have a fast system and since you can't add RAM I think you are pretty much good to go.


If the beachballing can be traced to TD Ameritrade activities, then there's probably not much you can do about it, but if you see it on most any other sites you visit then the only thing you are missing that might speed things up is a good Adblocker Safari Extension.
