Safe mode is great for determining if software is slowing your system down. While you may have uninstalled some programs there may be more that are slowing your iMac down. Boot into safe mode and see if the slowness continues. Here’s how: Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support

The report indicates that some files of one of the most destructive apps are still on your driver, MacKeeper. Remove them. You can do that manually by downloading and running Find Any File to search for any files with the application's name in the file name.  For MacKeeper you'd do the following search:

1 - Name contains mackeeper

Any files that are found can be dragged from the search results window to the Desktop for deletion.

HelloKatrynfromrevella!

You say that you have removed your AV Program from your Mac?

But the Etrecheck report, say its still there?

Run Trecheck again, and let the program removed Macceeper,or get Malwarebytes for Mac,to solve your problem?

This is the best I can say, if you not are willing to make a full recovery of your Operations Systems?

Best regards, and take care Claus.
