iTunes cutting off specific MP3s (Encoded with LAME/Exported from Audacity)

I hope this isn't considered spam. I asked the same question on May 29th and never got a working solution, so I'm still having this issue. The original post is at iTunes cutting off MP3s encoded with LAME.

The problem still exists to this day, exactly the same as described in the old post. I'm now using iTunes version 12.9.0.167, still on a 64-bit version of Windows 7.

I'm not sure if this makes any difference, but all the MP3s that cut off were processed with the open source audio editor Audacity and exported using Audacity's MP3 encoder LAME. I've made sure that the MP3 files are not corrupt. They play perfectly fine in other media players and on every phone and MP3 player that I've tested them with.

So, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Again, not surprised, but worth a shot. A third party transcoder might work.
