Problem with usb-c adapter and Windows 10

I just bought two imacs of 21, both have installed Windows 10 pro 1803

and I bought two Apple USB C AV digital adapter

It works perfect until with the USB C AV digital adapter you try to restart Windows, not finishing booting and showing a Windows recovery message.

- I tried another adapter and still fails, windows does not boot.

- I tested the adapter on both imacs with the same problem.

- I tried what this thread says: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8171221

- In macos, it works perfect.

If I connect it once it has started windows, the usb-c av works perfectly.

I'm desperate and can't find a solution
