WachOS 5.1 Bricked my Watch 4

Trying to install WatchOS 5.1. Just update my iPhone X to 12.1. Then went to update my SS Apple Watch 4 to watchOS 5.1. Put Watch on charger started download and install. It downloaded and started the install. Progress ring on watch started. It then went away. Now I just have the Apple Logo for the past 20 Minutes. No Progress ring.

Watch Series 4 (GPS+Cellular) (SS) 44mm, watchOS 5.1

Mine bricked after trying to install the latest update too. Took it to Apple on Wednesday. They said they had to send it out and I haven't heard a thing about it since (been 4 days so far).
