I recently purchased my device and theres a tiking noise coming from it when I shake it.

Iphone XR ... clicking sound comes from the bottom when shaking I haven't knocked it down hard before, but when I shake the phone, I noticed this noise. It's as if a little bit is free and swinging at the bottom of the device. Also sometimes there is a crackling noise in the vibration (I think it's caused by the same problem). Is this normal? What do you think should I do?

13 Pro max rattle by camera So I've noticed when I tap my phone against the palm of my hand gently or shake it lightly by my ear I can hear a rattly noise, I've held all the buttons down so its not any of those rattling could it be internal damage? This also happened with my XR it seems to be by the camera.

Take the iPhone to an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them check it out and advise you.
