Few days ago i download game Jurassic Survival from appstore. When i start play game i accidentally clicked on the button with a purchase subscription.
After that i cancel this subscription in my settings of apple id but subscription still acting and i can not download something fm appstore. Please can you help me with this problem. Thanks in advance and best regards.
If you are only being asked to confirm/verify your payment method you are being asked to confirm/verify your id - if you owed iTunes money you would get a 'problem with a previous purchase' message instead. Appstore ask me to confirm my paymethod. I think this is due to my mistake subscription in game. A have zero balance on my internet visa card and when i try to download appstore ask me to confirm my paymethod. When i try to confirm i show the error that my method cancelled.
What is the problem ? Why can't you download things ? What happens ?
