Updated iPhone C to IOS 12.1. Facteme group works ONLY through messaging app. When using FaceTime app, green voice and video choices disappear after adding more than one contact. Restarted phone, but didn’t help.
Are you sure that the other members of that Facetime group have installed iOS 12.1?

This is iPhone X. Also tried it with IOS 12.1 on iPad, with same problem. Message app tries to connect FaceTime with those in group (all have iPhones), but they never get a notification. It seems like an IOS issue, since multiple types of devices have the glitch.
