Can I press charges against my husband’s ex-wife for hacking his iCloud then making copies of private videos of us and sharing them?

I filed a police report against my husband’s Ex-wife for stealing private and intimate pictures and videos of my husband and me. She then made at least 2 copies, in disk form, from the phone onto which she was able to copy his entire iCloud at a Walgreens (who apparently had no problem with it.) She then took the stolen content, but not the actual phone, just the disks, to her lawyer. She has shown my videos and pictures to several people, and uses the text messages that were also stolen from his icloud, which were all screen-shot out of context, and tries to blackmail me, extort my husband, and is now curren attempting to use the content to get full custody of his daughter. She stole the iCloud content in January. Since then, my life has been torture. I can’t leave my home. I have horrible panic attacks when the doorbell rings. I’ve had to start seeing a therapist, and she almost sent me to a mental care facility because I’m so distraught and out of hope. Please, can anyone help me? I live in a town where I am the one being shamed and can barely get out of bed for it. She’s ruined my life, and she’s trying to take everything. Can someone please help me?

iPhone 7, iOS 12.0.1, Please I can’t live like this

Girl you need to contact a lawyer. That’s extremely illegal and it’s also slander to your reputation. Slander is usually a term used when someone in your place of employment tarnishes your name, however it’s still applicable. I had a similar issue in the past. Apple will not help you. The only thing Apple can do is tell you where that iCloud account is signed in. However it sounds to me like the damage is done. File police reports. Get a restraining order (I think they apply to the internet in some way now) protect yourself moving forward.
