How to drag window from below the toolbar?

Hey everyone
Here I faced struggling issue and has no idea how to solve it.
Google is empty for this or I put wrong key words.
Anyway, look at the screen shot attached to understand what I do mean.

I can't drag an illustrator window cuz it got stucked below the Mac toolbar.
Any ideas for to take it out of there?

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)

Hi on my previous MacBook with calalina, there used to be a great feature where I could drag a window to either the top of sides of the screen, and it would fill either a Half or whole of the screen. This wasn't in fullscreen more, but would just expand the window to the appropriate size. I used it quite a lot. Its similar to the one you can access by alt hovering over the red/yellow/green circles - except you'd access it by simply dragging a window. Now I've a lovely new MacBook running Monterey, I cant find the same feature! Has it been removed or am I simply not looking in the right setting?! thanks for any help you can give! Nick

Can't drag titlebar of window to next screen For some reason, no Finder no web browser window will let me drag the titlebar of the window to move it around. It shifts maybe a few pixels, but if I want it to move to my extended display it refuses to do so even with my window not maximized or kiosk mode. This is happening in High Sierra 10.13.6 on an iMac 11,3 (the maximum OS for the computer. It used to work just fine. Now, even though the mouse cursor will navigate to the adjacent display, I can't make windows open on the adjacent display. What's going on here?

How to prevent windows to become full screen when touching the top bar? Hello everyone. I am a long-time Mac user who recently moved to Monterey. Everything works great, but just one little feature bothers me. I am talking about the new feature (I don't know the name of), which allows to put in fullscreen any Finder window by just dragging the window towards the top bar, and once they touch, the window is put in full screen. That annoys me and makes me waste a lot of time. I am wondering if there is a way to prevent that from happening. Any ideas? Thank you to anyone in advance.
