I can't login to my Apple developer account using my Apple ID. When I tried to sign in I get a message saying 'Your Apple ID is not eligible to use this application at this time.' My Apple ID has two-factor authentication turned on. Can any one help me out. I tried to login from my MacBook 13". My Apple ID was created using iPhone XS.

Went through to the first link and have sent the issue and got a automated mail saying we will get back to you within one or two days. Also tried your second link that was a of no use because I have to login to contact them through phone and that is the also the problem I'm facing. I can't login....
