We hope that you can help me resolve this issue. We are trying to: reset corporate device linked to a user personal account. Unfortunately, we can't access to the account because the user forgot the password and don’t remember the phone number for recover it.

What can we do?

As I said, I sent the Claro company invoice to your email: discussion-replies@apple.com, please check on it. we need to solve this situation, Bionuclear is the company where I work and who bough hundreds of iphones for the managers, I have all my contacts an company information with which I work, that my tool to work.
