10.14.1. iTunes Apple Music and login issue

After updating to Mojave 10.14.1 I noticed, that my iTunes library became unusable.

I am using Apple Music on my iTunes with my Apple ID. All the Apple Music items became unavailable all of the sudden. So I logged out thinking that after logging back in it will come back to normal.

But I simply cannot log back in. I am logging in and nothing happens.

Help! I would like to have my Apple Music library back on my MacBook.

Just for notice - my iTunes works perfectly normal on my iPhone as well as on my desktop Windows PC.

So it seems the issue is only with the MacOS Mojave 10.14.1.

Help!

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Mojave (10.14.1)

Well...

I do not know what just happened, but I went to the network settings again, clicked advanced and renewed the DHCP settings from the router. I am pretty sure I have done it before, but anyway, I tried it again.

Apparently, this did the trick!!!

After this, I was able to log back in to the iTunes and all of my library is back again, and playable!

Thanks again!

See Open a different iTunes Library file or create a new one - Apple Support for details on how to create an alternate library.

Use Account > Sign Out and Account > Sign In from the iTunes Menu bar to sign out of your account and back in.

It is a while since I tested but I think signing out of your Apple ID dumps any downloaded Apple Music content which is why I suggested using an alternate library. If you leave the Apple Music content in the cloud it doesn't matter.

I have not rebooted the router... Have not thought that it might have anything to do with it.

I do not quite understand what do you mean by signing out of the store? You mean iTunes store? How do I sing out of this? And what do you mean by using a test library?

And yes, my Apple Music is paid up.

By the way, I was listening to the Apple Music on my Apple ID just today on my home PC and my Apple TV just fine. And ok, on my iPhone as well.

Thanks, I have just tried to create a different iTunes library. Didn't work.

It comes back with an unknown error (-38) and does nothing. I tried this twice and I get this error twice.

Maybe I will try it later in the safe mode.

Logging out of iTunes account does not work as it simply cannot log back in. Just nothing happens and it stays logged out.

So now I am logged out with all my Apple Music not visible from my Mac. On my other devices all is OK still.

OK, so I tried the thing with the iTunes libraries in the safe mode. This worked there, in safe mode.

After coming back to normal mode it stops working again!

All Apple Music is grayed out and iTunes pages of Store, For You, Browse, Radio are all blank, nothing loads.

Moreover, the iTunes activity in the top right corner is stuck spinning on the "connecting to Genius" or something like that. And nothing of course.

So - everything seems to be fine in MacOs safe mode, in normal mode Apple Music is not available.

I already tried clearing the cache files etc. Does not help.

Any ideas?

Thanks, tried that too, everything was set OK, unlocked, read and write. Anyway, I set it up again. Did not help though.

But now, For You, Browse and Radio appear, but I cannot play anything.

iTunes Store still empty page. On top bar it say - Getting access to iTunes Store (or sth similar, as I have Polish language version). And it stays hanging like this forever...
