iBooks author TOC shows only sections but not paragraph styles

Hello guys,

I need some help with my first book.

In iBooks Author, I added the paragraph style I wish to appear in TOC but the titles using the style still missing from TOC. I tried other styles, none of them appears in TOC. TOC shows only the sections.

iBooks Author app version 2.6.1

MacOS Mojave 10.14.1

template: Antique (tied another template "Classic", does not work either)

first picture: inspector/TOC added styles (I want Chapter Introduction 1 style in TOC but I tried and changed the style to Heading 1, 2... etc. none of them appears in TOC) ((I added the red question marks in an image editor program.))

second picture: titles that are using the Chapter Introduction 1 style, I want them appear in TOC

null-OTHER, Other OS, iBooks Author 2.6.1 Mojave 10.14.1
