Apple Notes: Change Color of Hyperlinks?

In Apple Notes on my desktop iMac,) for some reason any hyperlinks added to your note appear in this hard-to-read yellow-orange color.

Although you can easily change text color on all other text in the note (Format>Font>Show Colors,) selecting a hyperlink and doing those steps has no effect...still yellow-orange.

Is there a way to execute this? Thanks

iMac, macOS Sierra (10.12.5)

Really! Change “accent color” in System Preferences >General, to change the color of hyperlinks in Notes??

Another brilliant Apple GUI choice, I assume 😁

You cannot set blue or gray accents to change the hyperlink in Notes. Who wants any other color as the accent color around active UI elements in System Preferences, and other operating system applications that use accent color (e.g. click on the Finder search area)?

I very much doubt (my Notes haven't synchronized across iCloud yet) that this Mojave accent color choice will change yellow links in Notes on iOS or older versions of macOS or OS X.
