Why my FaceTime contacts greyed out ? I am not able to face time calls to anybody

I have 6th generation 2018 ipad

IOS 12.1 version

Facetime details in a contact I cannot see Facetime calling option of one specific contact on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. While that option is available in all other my devices under the same contacts details: iPhone 6s, iPad Pro 11, MacBook Pro. tried all the standard solutions under Apple’s support. No results. any working suggestions how the overcome the issue? thanks a lot in advance
