HOW can I chat with Live Support Person?
My I phone X is send to Singapore Office. I have charged my phone and fell asleep, when I woke up, it’s power is dead or LCD is not working instead of being fully charged! I thought it was a factory error or something, so I sent to service and they agreed that is factory fault and they send to Singapore Office.
Now Singapore Office is saying that is water damaged! I Phone features it guarantee that has water resistant feature up to 30mins in the depth of 3m.But I didn’ bring my phone to pool or drown in the tank.
But 2 days before it was shutting down, I hold it with wet hands when I came back from swimming! If I Phone can’t even resist that amount of water, they are lying to customers.
I really need to talk to them right now! someome please share me how to chat with them!
