In Pages 7.3 what is the command to insert "layout break"?
Also -
in the process "copy formatting" (Option+command+C) and
"paste formatting" (Option+command+V)
the 'paste' works only affects one line at a time.
Is there a new way in Pages 7.3 to make it affect a whole paragraph or whole page?

There is no Layout Break in Pages 5, 6 or 7. Just part of a long list of features still missing over 5 uyears since Apple abandoned Pages '09.
If you are pasting a Paragraph Style it should affect the entire paragraph because that is what it is.
Character Style will only apply to what is selected.
To do more, select more.
Hi Deborah,
Select the paragraphs that you want as two columns.
Format Panel > Text > Layout > Columns > 2
Pages inserts the Layout Breaks for you

I used Pages 09 until a week or so ago when I updated to 64-bit Mojave. Big mistake!
Are there now different commands for"paste" paragraph style and character style?
As for the missing "layout break": how do you center a heading that is to followed by a two-column list?
where is "layout break" command?
