Can you convert text to table in pages 7.3

Hi, in the latest version of pages (7.3), there no longer seems to be the ability to convert text to table. It used to be found under Format>Table, however convert is no longer there. Any idea where it's been moved to or did Apple simply remove another useful feature? Thanks.
