Apple TV 4th Gen connected to WiFi but nothing works

My Apple TV has been working beautifully for a long time now. It's one of 4 I have, this one happens to be in my office at work. It's connected to WiFi and I have the SpeedTest app installed on it and it's getting about 65Mbps down and 17Mbps up to the network. Whenever I try to launch an App like "Movies" or "Music" or "Netflix" I get this error: "Movies" isn't available right now. Check your internet connection and try again.

The WiFi is working I can access the internet on my iMac Pro, my Assistant's iMac, my iPhone, etc. I've also tried using an Ethernet connection to the AppleTV but it will not launch any of these apps and allow them to connect to the internet.

Any thoughts as to what might be causing this?

Also Netflix app will launch, but just stays on the Splash Screen and will not allow me to see any of my shows, etc.

Thanks!

John

Do you have multiple bands at your office? if you are using something like SmartConnect aka All bands sharing a single SSID. Your ATV may be jumping back and forth between bands etc.

To me it sounds like a restore to factory default may be warranted. It's probably the easiest Apple product to reset and get going again in a very short time.
