When I try to get support, for exampe by clicking a link on this page, I'm getting a 403 error since last week.

This also happens if I'm coming from support.apple.com.
Is this an error or am I being blocked or something?

Thanks, switching networks (to 4G) helped. Must be soms kind of IP block on Apple's side.

I had no problems at all reaching it over the network. I don't see any IP blocking.
